Thank you for being mindful of our 24 hour cancellation/reschedule policy. If you can't make it please give us the opportunity to book another client during your allotted time and reach out prior to 24 hours otherwise you'll be charged 50% of your treatment. No shows or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the treatment. I know life happens and sometimes things are out of our control so on occasion depending on the circumstances, we'll make an exception.
